Due to the fact that Democrats and the media have reportedly not been willing to “course correct” since the election of Donald Trump as president in November, Joe Rogan has been very critical of them.
During the episode of The Joe Rogan Experience that aired on Monday, fellow comedian Bridget Phetasy joined Rogan.
During the course of the conversation about Trump’s triumph, Phetasy stated that Democrats and legacy media are continuing to fall behind when it comes to social media and culture.
In the following sentence, Rogan criticized various news organizations, including The Washington Post, The New York Times, CNN, and MSNBC.
The comedian and analyst on the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) stated that longstanding media talking heads such as Brian Stelter are simply “not real people” that the average American can relate to, in contrast to the president.
“We don’t trust The New York Times. We don’t trust The Washington Post. We don’t trust CNN or MSNBC. They’re all full with propaganda. And so that’s why the internet rose. It’s not because there was some sort of a fucking right-wing conspiracy, heavily funded. No, you guys suck. You guys fucking suck, and you’re not real people. Nobody wants to hang out with Brian Stelter. None of these people are people that people can relate to and like.” Rogan said.
