James Carville, a renowned Democratic strategist, vehemently criticized his own party’s messaging, contending that it is failing to appeal to younger and Black voters due to its neglect of the economy.

Carville, who has been highly critical of the Left on a variety of fronts in recent months, ramped up his assaults in a video for the non-partisan podcast and event outlet Politicon.

He argued that Democrats have focused too heavily on the War in Gaza and canceling student debt.

“We keep wondering why these young people are not coming home to the Democrats. Why are Blacks not coming home to the Democrats? Because Democrat messaging is full of shit, that’s why!” Carville said.

Carville continued, “talk about cost of living, and ‘we’re going to help deal with this.’ Don’t talk about fucking Gaza and student loans!”

In the process, Carville contended, they have disregarded the “generational thievery” that has been committed against young Americans.

Carville then cited a recent Harvard/Harris poll, which revealed that the Israel-Hamas conflict ranked 13th, and that three of the five issues Americans care most about are economy-related.

He subsequently criticized the $7.7 billion student debt forgiveness package recently announced by President Joe Biden.

“Why are we forgiving student loans for people that go to Harvard? Which — according to Scott Galloway, quite accurately, is nothing but a hedge fund that has classrooms — well, they got a $52 billion fucking surplus! Why are taxpayers gonna bail these people out?!” Carville concluded.
