The last election “decided by ballots rather than bullets” will occur in 2024, according to former Arkansas governor Mike Huckabee (R), if former president Trump loses the election due to his numerous legal challenges.
Many people in the former president’s circle have praised Huckabee’s assertion that the legal issues that Trump is currently facing are a result of a politically driven plot from the Biden administration in the most recent episode of his show on TBN.
President Biden and his team, according to Huckabee, are attempting to prevent Donald Trump from being his opponent in 2024 and to demolish Trump in the courtroom rather than at the polls.
“If these tactics end up working to keep Trump from winning or even running in 2024, it is going to be the last American election that will be decided by ballots rather than bullets,” Huckabee declared.
Trump is facing several federal and state indictments in courthouses around the nation when he runs for the White House in 2024 after losing to Biden in the race for reelection in 2020.
Following two DOJ investigations, the former president is now charged with attempting to invalidate the results of the 2020 election as well as handling classified information.
He is accused in Manhattan of giving adult film actress Stormy Daniels hush money in 2016.
Additionally, he has been accused in Georgia of trying to rig the state’s 2020 election results.
Huckabee, who sought the Republican presidential nomination in 2008 and 2016, but was not successful, went on to praise Trump, who has long been the front-runner among GOP candidates.
Even while polls show that Trump’s legal battles actually helped him win the GOP primary, some have claimed that they should result in his disqualification.
