In a recent survey conducted in Pennsylvania, former President Trump defeated his general election opponent, Vice President Harris, by a margin of 2 points.
A new InsiderAdvantage state poll released on Tuesday indicated that Trump had a 2-point advantage among probable Pennsylvania voters, with 49 percent support to 47 percent.
Other candidates were selected by 2% of respondents, while the remaining 2% were undecided. It was within the survey’s margin of error that the former president’s lead was recorded.
The poll is conducted less than 30 days prior to Election Day, and both candidates are striving to secure the 19 Electoral College ballots of the Keystone State.
Just over one percentage point was the margin by which President Biden secured the state in 2020.
The candidates were deadlocked at 48 percent support in Pennsylvania, according to the Emerson College Polling/RealClearPennsylvania poll conducted last week.
Last week, an AARP survey revealed that Harris maintained a two-point advantage over the former president in Pennsylvania, with 49 percent of the vote to 47 percent for the former president.
800 likely Keystone State electors participated in the InsiderAdvantage survey on October 7-8. The margin of error was 3.46 percentage points.
