On Saturday evening, the Facebook page suspended the right-wing social media account Libs of TikTok for allegedly violating the platform’s community standards.

Since its inception in April 2020, the account has gained notoriety for disseminating anti-LGBTQ content and criticizing progressive activism.

Libs of TikTok has garnered a substantial social media following, with millions more than 2.7 million on X and over 2.7 million each on Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, and Facebook.

Raichik has established himself as a prominent figure in conservative media and has crossed paths with prominent Republican figures such as Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and former President Donald Trump.

Prior to Elon Musk’s acquisition of X last year, the company had suspended the account on multiple occasions on the grounds of purportedly vile behavior.

Furthermore, Facebook banned TikTok Libs last year in response to threats made against Boston Children’s Hospital employees in response to Raichik’s post asserting the hospital was performing hysterectomies on minors.

It is unknown for how long the account will be suspended, as it was not specified whether the suspension was provisional or permanent.
