Following the overturning of Roe v. Wade, radical pro-abortion activists have targeted members of the Supreme Court in an effort to exact revenge for the decision to overturn Roe v. Wade.
In response, the Supreme Court has now reportedly requested considerable more funds for police security.
A week ago, the Supreme Court delivered its budget proposal to Congress, in which it requested an increase of $5,897,000 for increased security funding.
In May of 2022, POLITICO published a draft opinion that had been stolen from Dobbs v. Jackson.
The opinion suggested that the Supreme Court would decide to overrule Roe.
In the following month, a man was taken into custody in California close to the residence of Supreme Court Judge Brett Kavanaugh and charged with attempted murder.
Pro-choice demonstrators have also staged demonstrations outside of the residences of Kavanaugh and Judge Amy Coney Barrett.
A letter from the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) dated May 13, 2022, which was acquired by Axios, disclosed that government authorities were investigating threats against places of worship as well as the justices and clerks of the Supreme Court.
Pro-abortion demonstrators gathered in front of Barrett’s house in late June 2022, just before the Roe v. Wade decision was overturned, wearing clothing splattered with fake blood and holding dolls as props.
