Lieutenant Colonel Bree Fram, an engineer with the United States Space Force and advocate for transgender rights in the military, addressed attendees at the National Character and Leadership Symposium, which focused on the theme of “Embrace Culture, Empower People.”

Fram proceeded to urge individuals in leadership roles within the military to endorse progressive causes, displaying a slide emphasizing that military personnel can be allies to the LGBT community.
