Since he started his online program Louder with Crowder, Steven Crowder has drawn controversy. However, his bombastic behavior has now reportedly gained more attention behind the scenes due to allegations of abuse against his estranged wife Hilary and toxic workplace behavior made by former employees.
Currently, Crowder’s alleged professional wrongdoing and the consequences from the bitter divorce pose a danger to the show’s immense popularity.
Under the condition of anonymity out of fear of punishment, five former show employees and one source close to Crowder described a workplace riddled with bullying, unsettling and unexpected behavior, as well as vulgar sexual workplace misbehavior.
During his time working for Louder with Crowder, one former employee alleged, he got unsolicited, sexually explicit communications that included images of Crowder’s genitalia.
The former worker said that Crowder often exposed himself to other male employees in addition to getting unsolicited sexual text messages; this accusation was supported by two other people.
Another person close to Crowder claimed they saw him make out with male office workers.
The conservative firebrand, according to many former employees and a source close to Crowder, allegedly offered and requested staff members to take prescription medications including the anticonvulsant Klonopin.
