Former Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga., unleashed a profanity-laced attack on the Trump administration over its investigation into Rep. Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., calling the probe “bulls—.”

The Department of Homeland Security is investigating whether Omar or her late father lied or provided misleading information in the 1990s, when he sought legal status in the U.S. after leaving Somalia and before the two became U.S. citizens.

On Monday, Homeland Security agents searched Omar’s home in Washington, D.C., as part of the investigation.

A Wall Street Journal report published Wednesday said the ultimate goal of the probe is to build a case for stripping Omar of her citizenship and deporting her.

Less than 30 minutes after that report was published, Greene took to X to slam the administration and the people working in it.

The Georgia Republican began by noting her sharp policy differences with the Minnesota Democrat.

“Me and Ilhan Omar are far apart policy wise. I’m pro life, she’s pro abortion. I’m pro 2A, she’s pro gun control. And on and on,” Greene wrote.

She then questioned what the investigation would accomplish for everyday Americans, asking how “pretending to get ready to deport Ilhan Omar” would bring gas prices below $2, make health insurance affordable, make families’ weekly grocery bills manageable and stop sending the military “off to fight for another f—ing foreign war.”

“People are so sick and tired of the bulls—,” Greene wrote.

The former congresswoman then took direct aim at White House staff, referring to them as “dumb mf’ers” and demanding that they release the Epstein files.

“When you dumb mf’ers at the WH actually release the Epstein files and lock up the pedophiles and rapists you all hang out with, then we will start paying attention,” she wrote, closing her post with a middle finger emoji.

According to the Journal, which cited U.S. officials and others familiar with the matter, the investigation centers on whether Omar or her father, who had fled war-torn Somalia, changed her age on her citizenship application to show she was 17 instead of 18.

The distinction is significant. Had Omar been 17 at the time, she would have automatically received citizenship along with her father. If she had been 18, however, she would have been required to become naturalized separately.

Omar’s father brought her to the United States in 1995, and she became a U.S. citizen in 2000.

When asked about the search of Omar’s home on Monday, President Donald Trump denied any involvement in the investigation, though he did not hold back in his criticism of the congresswoman.

“I’ve always found her to be totally crooked, personally,” Trump said. “But that has nothing to do with me. I think she’s a terrible person, just a complainer.”

Trump continued, “She comes from a country that is a non-country. And then she comes over here and she complains about our Constitution. I think she’s a terrible person.”

Greene’s broadside marks a striking public rebuke of the Trump administration from a Republican who acknowledged she shares little common ground with Omar on policy.
