According to a disturbing new intelligence report issued by the Department of Homeland Security, border patrol agents are now being told to remain on the lookout for inmates newly released from many of Venezuela’s most notorious prisons. The report, intercepted by Breitbart reporters, details how the far-left socialist regime of Nicolás Maduro in Venezuela is now allegedly purposefully freeing some of the vicious and evil inmates in its dysfunctional, third world, prison system and proceeding to send them north to the U.S. border.
The report does not state whether the released prison inmates traveled as a cohesive group or not, but it did reportedly state that among migrants traveling to the United States in one particular caravan in July, it was widely shared knowledge that many of the Venezuelan migrants in the group were convicts and hardened criminals.
The report does not specify whether the convicts’ release — with the understanding that they would travel to the United States — was a deliberate geopolitical move designed to impact US national security. Another unanswered question identified in the report is the unknown role that Venezuela’s equivalent to the CIA, the Bolivarian National Intelligence Service (SEBIN), may or may not have played in the deliberate releases. According to the source, identifying Venezuelans with criminal records in their home country is nearly impossible due to the lack of diplomatic ties between the U.S. and Venezuela. According to the source, the majority of the thousands of Venezuelan migrants who surrender along the US-Mexico border each day are later released into the US.
The report also makes no mention of the released convicts’ location or intended final destinations.
Over 4.9 million illegal immigrants have reportedly entered the United States during President Biden’s first 18 months in office. In addition, according to the CBP, more than 130,000 Venezuelan migrants were encountered after illegally entering the United States between October 2021 and July 2022.
In related news, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis made waves last week when he sent two planeloads full of, mostly Venezuelan, migrants to the elite liberal enclave of Martha’s vineyard.
National Guard soldiers were quickly dispatched by panicked liberal officials and were then made to transport the migrants from the wealthy island town to the nearby Joint Base Cape Cod.
For his part DeSantis stated that he intends to continue the stunt of sending migrants elsewhere with “every penny” available in the $12 million “Freedom First” budget set aside for the Florida Department of Transportation’s efforts to “transport unauthorized aliens.”
