Iconoclastic presidential candidate Vivek Ramaswamy released a video on Saturday in which he called on other GOP presidential candidates to openly condemn the upcoming potential arrest of former President Trump.

In particular, Ramaswamy singled out Florida Governor Ron DeSantis and former UN Ambassador Nikki Haley, both of whom he referred to as favorites of the ‘donor class,’ for particular criticism.

Ramaswamy is an American businessman and investor who has established a prominent reputation for himself in the fields of both the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.

He is currently seeking the GOP nomination for president, running as an iconoclastic outsider.

Ramaswamy established Roivant Sciences in 2014 as a biotechnology firm that focuses on the research, development, and eventual commercialization of novel treatments for patients. Roivant has been able to acquire more than $3 billion in capital and has established a portfolio of 14 subsidiary firms that are engaged in the development of a wide variety of medical therapies thanks to his leadership.

Though Ramaswamy is still a relatively unknown in the contest he has recently begun to receive more media attention for his confrontation and controversial statements.

  1. Vivek is an upstanding American first & foremost. His statement calling others to Trump’s defense shows his true colors for America. I believe he may be the most Conservative of all candidates so far & ff he gets the nomination; he will certainly get my vote.

  2. Hang on Vivek, cool your jets a bit. I know that you are absolutely correct in your position, but there is more going on here. Donald is no less that saying “if you think you have something to charge, bring it on”. Because there is nothing. Just like always before, a bunch of tounge wagging and no meat. So, I think it might be prudent to allow these folks to hang themselves and (perhaps) be silenced for good. And, to your credit, Vivek, I think you would make a really smart choice for a runningmate in 24. Yes, there are a lot of people listening to and watching you. Many approve. Keep your focus. Thanks for your point of view and God bless.
