According to persons familiar with the conversations, the Biden administration has reportedly covertly reopened negotiations with Iran in an effort to secure the release of American detainees apprehended by Teheran and rein in the country’s expanding nuclear program.
Washington also authorized the Iraqi government’s payments of $2.7 billion, or 2.5 billion euros, for the importation of Iranian gas and power as talks between the two sides restarted, according to U.S. and Iraqi officials.
Due to American economic sanctions, the money had been blocked.
The transfer of monies, according to U.S. authorities, was normal and unconnected to the negotiations.
Similar monies had previously been provided, however this time they were done in euros rather than local currencies.
White House representatives have visited Oman at least three times for more indirect contacts since conversations between senior U.S. and Iranian officials began in New York in December, the individuals said.

Iran has increased its nuclear activity and been stockpiling 60%-enriched uranium for more than two years since the United States reimposed sanctions on it in 2018.
According to U.S. sources, Iran already possesses enough 60% material for at least two nuclear bombs and can enrich that material to weapons-grade levels in a matter of days.

Foolish Biden. The US will live up to our end of any deal, but Iran won’t live up to any agreement they make. That makes it a win-win. Unfortunately, that’s two wins for Iran and 0 for the US. One would think that Biden would have caught on to Iran’s tactics long before this.
Biden knows that Iran will use an atomic bomb first on Israel no matter the consequences and Biden couldn’t care less. If he really cared about Israel’s well being, he would do everything in his power to prevent Iran terrorists from getting a bomb, but since he takes his orders from the world’s biggest hater of the Jewish people , Obama, he will do what he is told.
