Federal Investigation Opened Into Anti-Semitic Discrimination at Liberal Law School

The University of California, Berkeley Law School is now reportedly under investigation by the Department of Education due to claims that the institution is now fostering deep-seated anti-Semitic prejudice that has allegedly made the campus unsafe for Jewish and pro-Israel students.

Following complaints from lawyers over a number of Berkeley student organizations that barred Zionist speakers from campus, the Education Department said earlier this week that it was now officially looking into the matter.

According to the first lawsuit, the lawyers said the prohibition violates the 1964 Civil Rights Act.

The Act technically forbids beneficiaries of federal monies from discriminating on the basis of race and national origin.

The probe is the result of a protracted conflict between proponents of Israel and anti-Semitic student organizations at Berkeley who had been attempting to intimidate and threaten Jewish and pro-Israel students into silence.

The notoriously far-left Berkeley has been at the center of increasing anti-Semitism that is now afflicting several college campuses around the country.

Targeting of Jewish and pro-Israel students is now reaching all-time highs due to fashionable anti-semitism on the campuses of left-wing universities.

In late November, Florida-based lawyer Gabriel Groisman and the International Legal Forum, a global watchdog that combats anti-Semitism, requested that the Office on Civil Rights of the Education Department launch an inquiry into the esteemed law school.

In a joint statement, Groisman and Arsen Ostrovsky, CEO of the International Legal Forum, claimed that prejudice against Jewish students at schools like Berkeley is stoking anti-Semitism in America at a time when well-known athletes and celebrities like Kanye West and Kyrie Irving are popularizing these viewpoints.

Both West and Irving have come under fire in recent months for spreading myths about Jewish money and power that are considered blatantly anti-Semitic.
