According to a new criminal complaint, three undocumented Mexican immigrants reportedly attacked a Border Patrol agent on August 20 at the northern U.S. border.
After a Border Patrol Agent halted a car in the Swanton Sector, which has seen an increase in unlawful crossings, close to Churubusco, New York, the claimed attack allegedly took place.
The criminal complaint claims that the driver and front passenger informed the officer they were residents of the United States before explaining that the three people in the back of the car did not speak English and were wearing dirty clothing.
According to the complaint, the three passengers in the backseat informed the Border Patrol agent that they were in the country illegally.
Two of the three unauthorized immigrants were put in the rear of the agent’s car.
The other two are said to have jumped out of the Border Patrol car while the third was being pursued, and the three then attacked the agent, knocking him to the ground, striking him in the head and body, and then leaving the scene.
Two of the three people were discovered right away after the incident, and the third was later apprehended around five miles away.
According to federal data, there were 386 assault incidents against Customs and Border Protection employees in the first ten months of fiscal year 2023 and 521 against them in fiscal year 2022.
Under President Joe Biden, U.S. borders have come under increasing pressure from a new wave of illegal migrants.

Too bad our CIC (Coprolite in Chief) declared the border closed and under control. International invaders, especially those who assault and injure law enforcement, usually face more resistance. Under past presidents, they’d have defended themselves and saved the taxpayers a bit of money.
