As part of an investigation into human trafficking, Coweta County, Georgia, police arrested a high-ranking Department of Defense administrator and released video footage of him allegedly requesting paid intercourse from an undercover agent.
Local investigators captured on video, as part of a sting operation, Department of Defense Education Chief of Staff Stephen Hovanic, who supervises the schools that educate the children of U.S. service members.
Hovanic was allegedly soliciting sex in a motel room.
Hovanic is confronted with a pandering charge of misdemeanor sexual solicitation.
His is one of two dozen arrests that Coweta County authorities made during a two-day human trafficking operation.
Three of those accused are currently under investigation by the Haralson County Sheriff’s Office on suspicion of “human trafficking and drug charges.”
